Iraqi Airways review by Ali 2015-08-10

I wish Iraq would do just one thing right, Customer service is non existing, staff have no clue on how to be attendants, they are rude old and miserable and are simply not bothered to do the job. There is no attention to safety, pre flight checks are do with no attention, no infinite seat belts available. flight too hot. No punctual always late or canceled. They need to change staff and hire experienced staff that can do the job.
