Etihad Airways review by Mario 2015-04-02

Round-trip KWI-AUH-ORD. Great airline and the most comfortable long flight i ever had. Why? Here's why. First starting with the ground staff who where very helpful, and things got better when I got upgraded to B.class. On board the crew was very nice and so attentive to details. Calling you by name, is something that I loved and made me more comfortable on board. The seat that turns into a fully flat bed is something i really needed and enjoyed during the long trip plus they had the perfect pillow that made me sleep like a bear. The food was good a very well presented plus served with a smile :) If I have to complain on something, I would ask them to reduce the volume for the PA on board and to consider other than Indian spices in their food. Other than that, things were great.
