This is a non frills airline, which, is what you get and pay for. What I find difficult to accept is the truly awful seats. No adjustable seat back and the base of the seat as hard as wood. Jet 2 is the same and probably all the budget airlines. We have now had enough and will not travel like cattle any more. If we wish to go somewhere in future it will have to be with a better premium seating or we will not go.
