Do not, under any circumstances fly with this airline. They are an absolute joke. Every single flight will be delayed, without exception. Once at the airport, the line to check in will be horrendous and the line at the gate is even worse. Once boarded, planes sit on the tarmac (doors closed, not refuelling) for hours without explanation and on last night's flight from Barcelona to Luton (VY7966), not a SINGLE hold bag was loaded onto the aircraft. The Veuling website is a joke, the telephone numbers either don't work, or are chargeable, they don't have any English speaking staff, and if you want to look at the chaos this "airline" creates, simply view its Twitter feed, which is shockingly bad. Oh, and they don't respond to DM's on Twitter either. I don't know how else to say this. DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE. Walking would be quicker. Predict they will be out business in six months, as they are THAT useless.
