They had the biggest ticket line I have ever seen in my life and were short staffed, so after 70 minutes of waiting in line I missed my flight. They didn't have another going to my destination for 12 hours, so I got there by paying to fly with another carrier. I was also informed since I missed my flight, I would be refunded. To boot, when I arrived days later to travel home (I had booked a round trip ticket) they had canceled my flight, even though I received flight status emails from them just that morning. I had to pay TWICE for the same flight home. There was also no record showing I spoke to an attendant about the missed flight, and it was all a lie I was to be refunded. I will complain everywhere possible. NEVER FLY WITH THEM.
