Gate agent would not put my twelve year old daughter and I in a seat next to each other. She said the flight was full, but when I sat down the seat next to me was empty the whole flight. Which is a perfect match for the ground crew who didn't transfer our paid for baggage to our connected flight. This occurred in philidalphia.
