Rude airport staff and flight staff in both Japan, Malaysia, and India. Took four flights with them in the same trip and each became worse than the previous. They didn't notify they charge to check a bag. 120 JPY (specific weights and price increase per extra kg) at counter, 62 JPY ahead of time, but you can't pay online, you have to call them, then they make you download the app, then they attach it to app then you can pay. They charge you for everything!!!!!! Water, blankets, food, bags, etc. Many guests at check in had to throw away things in bags, or miss flight because everyone was surprised by baggage fee. We preselected seats online, but then were sat in completely different seats separate from each other on each flight. On the way back from India they spray you with a chemical in the cabin without warning while saying "we have to spray you, for your health its better that you don't breathe in the chemical" then when you ask them wth they sprayed you with they don't know the answer. Every staff member from counter to flight had attitude!!
