British Airways review by Andrzej 2017-01-20

Very good company, yesterday when I was coming back from Bangkok to London I missed my flight, because I feel asleep on the airport during my healthy conditions (sleepless night before and food poison). They made me big favour and booked next available flight (next day) free of charge. Never happen to me with other different airways. I also would like to mention that Im not British. Big thank you to British Airways.
