Economy Class
I searched online for airline flights and ended up booking thru an agency (Just Fly). They booked me with Spirit for departure, and with Delta for the return flight. Then, we had a death in the family. Delta changed the flight for us with NO hassles, unlike Spirit. We go no refund and they would NOT change our flight. EDITORS COMMENT: This would have been because you were traveling on a flexible fare with Delta whereas the Spirit fare was not flexible or changeable
