Hi! Because of strike action, the company promises to refund tickets. Yet, the site is arranged so that it's impossible! "Refund" section brings you to My Bookings, where you type your last name and a booking code. Well, they took out the passangers bookings of that week FROM the system, so you can't type your code at all! When you type it in, it's not found (and I have a degree in Economics, not stupid!). Generally, there is no way to contact the company, the office phone in 55 million people country (Ukraine) does not answer, and emails are not replied to. It's understandable - Lufthansa will loose money if stike tickets are refunded (i.e.millions). If anyone had a positive experience on returning your funds you paid for the ticket and did not have a flight due to strike, please write me. Secondly, the company kept selling tickets for flights durind the Strike week (two weeks) ago. That's amazing.
