It was sad to notify that staff at FCO (italy) was not as friendly as other airlines. I specially ask the counter to put FRAGILE sticker to my Luggage as I got a lap top and ceramic items from ITALY, first the lady refused but when I insist the team leader came and put a sticker but he mentioned to me that is my responsibility to safe pack my stuff not theirs. any way when I took my luggage out from BKK it was broken could not move the wheels even. no one to complain, then some of my ceramic souvenirs was broken. Had to buy another luggage to bring other items to BNE.
