I read the reviews and did my homework. For me ? it was one of the best flights I have ever had to go to Mexico. Professional and compassionate staff. They give you options of what kind of services you need, and what kind of services you do not need. Please book at their site, read the summary of detailed options and instructions. I flew from Oakland to Puerto Escondido. I think the thing that stood out most is how the onboard staff treated their passengers, especially their care for elders, people with disabilities and children, I was actually very emotionally moved by the kindness and care they demonstrated. I called in several times and received excellent support. Sometimes I believe we have challenges due to linguistic and cultural differences. The website worked great for me, the application on my phone notified me of last minute changes. I loved my experience with Volaris, it actually was one of the highlights of my trip.
