Delta Air Lines review by Andrea 2017-02-13

I had purchased a round trip to Seattle from San Diego and due to a medical emergency, I had to postpone my trip by 3 days and purchase a 1 way flight to Seattle, and was hoping to use my previous round-trip ticket to get home. Little to my knowledge if you miss your first flight of a round trip ticket your flight home is also canceled. I'm tried to check-in day of at the airport and my name is nowhere to be found. Long story short: this review is for the incredible employee Daniel Kim (employee #: 630044) who saved me $972 for a new flight, due to the cancellation of my previous flight. Thank you. Thank you.
