It amazes me how airlines get away with things. I flew from GRU to LIS on business class on Tap. I felt I was stepping back in time (but the cost of the ticket is very actual and at the high range of premium airlines ). Seats are the ones the premium airlines used 15 years ago, where you stretch out in a 130° angle and slide down while sleeping. If you wake up dreaming of falling and decide you want to watch a movie, you won't be in better shape. The system stops and shuts down and you need to wait 15 minutes for it to start back - and you have to start your movie from the beginning or scroll until you find the last scenes before it shut down. If you are sitting on the window seat in business class, you better do some yoga and pilates stretching before your flight to be able to climb over the person sitting next to you. There is no room for waking by anybody. Honestly, I felt ripped off - if think I flew business on British, Lufthansa or Swiss for the same price as Tap it makes me very upset. They should price their flights as Copa Airlines and charge half of what the premium airlines charge. I'm can say I will avoid TAP, you should too.
