Unfortunately I have to use Ryanair as they are the only operator on the London ” Nuremberg route. I've flown Ryan a total of 25 times in the period 01.01.17 - 03.04.2017. It never ceases to amaze me how humans are treated like cattle. On numerous occasions I've been left out on the apron to get wet and cold. Their ground staff are don’t care and their sole ambition seems to try and con extra baggage fees out of their passengers. Their specialty however always seems to just open the front door of the aircraft upon arrival. (probably saving £2 on steps in Stansted).
