I don't normally write reviews, much less a negative one, but my experience with Delta was absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous that I had to write this. I flew into San Francisco from Los Angeles and am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Delta. From delays, multiple gate changes, contradicting information from employees, to last-minute cancelled flight, this was by far the most unorganized experience I've had with an airline.
