Worst airline! Never been on time! Tag line should be " why everyone hates to fly with!" You can only claim compensations when flight is delayed over 3 hours!!! But their usual delays are just within 3 hours!!! I had my kids with me and our flight was 1055am and we woke up so early and we were waiting for the delayed plane! My kids were starving and we got nothing!!! I think customer service care never exist in Cebu Pacific world!!!
