Terrible Experience with the flight. From the beginning we had a bad experiance. When checking in we arrived early (thank God). When we finished checking in we had 30 min to go. We had checked in my whole family online, but when we arrived at the airport we were told our infant daughter had not been checked in and wasted 2 hours solving the issue. That was nothing. They lost our luggage. We were missing all of our 2 daughters' clothing. When we arrived at our destination we followed their procedure to let them know we had not gotten our luggage. No on ever called or contacted us. During our trip We had to keep contacting to ser if they had found our luggage. When we contacted them they let us know that they were unable to find our luggage and redirected me to the website to fill out luggage clam (more paperwork). It has been over 2 months from when they lost our luggage and they have not bothered to contact us to inform us about the next step or of a refund. My wife's phone was in their, as well as all my daughters' clothes (all new we bought for the trip). The trip was terrible. Not a lot of room and they are not prpared for people with disabilities or families!
