i rode pal davao to manila i booked i paid 5 dollor for the seat in 42j but i was transfered to 43j and they saide pal has the rights to change seat and the 2 hour dellay and i can understand that buy they dont cundeemed us beacause we had insurance but in the plane we were given double food as a apology cake red ribbon ONLY FLY PAL ON INTERNATIONAL
