Ryanair review by Mihkel 2016-07-07

Hello, Flight from Bergamo to Tallinn was awful! In the beginning everything was okay, but after about 20 minutes I woke up from sleep because it was so cold. Freezing! People started to put on winter jackets, but they were still cold. We turned off air condition knots as hard as we could, but still cold air came everywhere (ceiling, under the seat, window, etc.). So i couldn't sleep because of the cold, and had to just sit and shake for 3 hours. It was my first flight with ryanair and it was the worst ever.
