Air France review by Markus 2015-01-22

Flew with AF from Tokyo NRT to Paris CDG in Business Class on a 777. I am a frequent business traveler (~400k per year) and have to say the experience was the worst one in 10 years. Even flights on Aeroflot or China Air were better. The Crew was totally unorganized (yet attractive), totally attentiveness, the food was cold and poorly arranged, they served the various courses way too quick so everything piled up and the drink selection was worse than in a cheap hotel. also the seat was old and the headphone plug was broken so I couldn't watch any inflight entertainment. I had subsequently a connection to Nice on a A320 with a paid business class seat yet there was only one class and they filled up the plane till the last seat so the dodnt leave the middle seat open like in every other european carrier who has only one seat configuration. This was for sure my last flight ever on AF!
