Horrible, horrendous, awful, they cancelled my flight and did not have the decency to re-book me on another flight.... 4 hours trying on the phone to reach them, prefer any low cost than that ! When I logged to my account online, the flight was "gone" yes simply gone, not even able to change it... Seriously ? This is air france ??? stay on the ground
