We flew out of Des Moines March 12th on standby, we knew it was spring break and would be a challenge to get out. We had 2 ladies named Angela Frey and Lindsey Elder do everything they could to get us on. They were wonderful and very polite. They had very good attitude and worked with all the passengers very professional. Anytime anyone had a question they had an Answer. They made everyone feel comfortable.
