This airline uses the motto "Low Fares Airline" as a trap. We bought our tickets for a good price. However the ridiculous add-on charges (55x4 euros per check-in at the airport fee + 67 euros for a 22 kg luggage) made it cost much more than it was. 220 euros airport check-in fee! What service does it cover? It is twice the price of our total ticket cost! This was the worst moment of our trip. We really were frustrated. Their "don't forget to check-in online" e-mails can easily be ignored because they don't mention any airport check-in fee at all! It looks like a choice, not a must-do. At least 6 more people paid that meaningless fee because they were not aware of it. Isn't this tricking people under the name of "Low Fare Airlines"? If this airline really cared about its customer service, they would warn travelers about those ridiculously proportioned fees. A fee should offer a service, so its value should be reasonable compared with the service. So we paid 220 euros for a single check-in (not four - because normal airlines do a single check-in per reservation) done by a sour-faced check-in officer who scolded us like we were little kindergarten children. This is not acceptable. EDITORS COMMENT: its actually made quite clear we think when you book - virtually every low cost airline charges for baggage. If you follow the rules low cost airlines can be very cheap but if you don't read the fine print then this is where they will make their money .
