Air India review by manveen 2014-07-25

Been travelling with AI now for say around 5 years now. I do admit that the older planes needed to be updated with the seats tearing apart, however the introduction of the dream liner flights are much more better. More space, legroom and even flight attendants seem younger and better equipped with customer service. But I do admit that the food needs to be improved and ground staff are still rude. I rang up and enquired if AI will be travelling over the Ukraine and the response was, 'If you are worried, why dont you fly with Jet Airways' and they slammed the phone down on me. Better but still a lot more room for improvement
