Economy Class

Very very poor Customer service, Initially I couldn't fly because of Mount Raung Volcanic Activities, they promised to refund the money within 3 months. No news in 3 months (obviously they tried to rob me, stalling so I forget to claim it) and after I followed up, they claimed that It will be in credit shell which they lie as well about it. They haven't returned my money one way or another and even tried to charged me super extra. The customer service hang out my phone, so rude! no more Garuda, other budget airlines customer service surpass this so called "no.1 Airways in Indonesia". Worst experience ever!
