Such a horrible experience with this airline. Had a 4 hour delay due to "windshield wipers needing to be changed". Had zero compensation due to the lack of staff to correct the issue. The plane was literally on the terminal for 4 hours in front of us. Simply horrible. EDITORS COMMENT: Better to wait for them to be fixed than have faulty ones!
