I want to express my dissatisfaction. I booked a direct flight with Vueling from Paris on Friday for a weekend at Edinburgh. The company announces to me, without any reason, the cancellation of my ticket and proposes me as the only date in exchange a ticket for the Sunday (last day of my trip) with a stopover in Barcelona with a total travel time of more than 10h. So I was forced to go through another company and because of the fluctuation payed my ticket twice the initial price. After several calls (invoiced) to the customer service I was denied the reimbursement of the expenses incurred in face of this cancellation. It's unacceptable for the final customer to pay for the vueling management errors! So think twice before choosing this company that does not seem to care about customer satisfaction.
