Economy Class

the level of customer service is very poor , I will never fly with this air line again, you pay a lot of money to fly in an aircraft , This air line will take your money then overbook the flight , then if everyone turns up then the unlucky few miss out. The customer service actually told us the flight was overbooked. Terrible company with a bad reputation.
