Economy Class

This airline tricks you into buying expensive "upgraded" meals. When I discovered that "complementary" meals were included in the ticket price customer service refused to refund. Requested a supervisor or manager, but never got a call back. Then on the return flight, cabin crew informs us that Dublin ground crew forgot to load our "upgraded" meals onto the flight, so we were given standard entrees and told that we would be issued refunds. Weeks later, no refunds issues, no response to customer service inquiry form. This is the kind of terrible service you would expect from United, but not a national airline like Aer Lingus.
