We upgraded to Premium Economy because the seat allocation was not good. It was disappointing and not worth the additional $430. The seat was comfortable enough and the in-flight entertainment was OK but the cabin staff were barely evident. The food was very average and, due to the port side being served first (only one flight attendant at the time), the beef teriyaki ran out quickly and I was not able to have the shepherds pie that was being offered in Economy! My wife's table was broken which made balancing the small tea tray difficult. This was not a good flying experience compared to other airlines that I have flown with.
