Terrible experience and company. After every passenger was ready at the gates to board the plane, the whole flight was cancelled without warning and we were ordered to come back early the next morning. We arrived at the airport the next morning at 4:00am to check in and the plane had been delayed by 2 hours. After finally checking in they had then delayed the flight an extra 2 hours. We finally boarded and sat on the plane with no movement for a further 2 hours. No compensation was offered or apologies were stated. We lost money from the accommodation we had booked for the night we were meant to be arriving and lost valuable holiday time. Have contacted Jetstar numerous times for a refund for this and they have followed up with a $50 travel voucher. Appalling. Extremely disappointing service and I would not recommend flying with this company.
