I've been traveling with TAP since 2009. On board service may not be luxurious but is excellent. My flights were always smooth and punctual. The only remark regards the weak approach on communication with costumers. They've changed the times of my flights twice without sending me any info. Fortunately I've noticed this some months in advance, but once this costed me cancellation fees for a rented car. Overall, it is a great cost-benefit company.
