I will never fly American Airlines again. We waited for an hour at the gate to be let off the plane. Many people on my flight missed their connection. On my connecting flight, someone scratched my leather backpack from Florence. I flew over six hours to go to Honolulu and you had to pay for meals on the flight. Really? As much as I paid for my ticket? This airline is a complete joke and I will never fly with them again. EDITORS COMMENT: Yep they charge you for meals - so do most of the other airlines to be fair though.
