Out of pocket AU$750+ QBE Insure will not refund until letter additional to confirmed receipts from Fiji Airways in hand. BEWARE since Qantas accepts no responsibility to resolution as they do not have aircrafts travel to Fiji, use code share Fiji Airways. SUGGEST: Use Virgin or Air NZ into Nadi and out of Nadi...travel to Nadi/Suva/Nadi, safe and regular coaches/buses (FJ$25 each way). Fiji Airways profits last year 2014 may be due to tourists and passengers caught in Erroneus Excess Bag charges.
