Alaska Airlines review by Paul 2014-12-28

I recently flew AS893 SEA-HNL on a 737-800. I was very much looking forward to travelling AS for the first time and I have to admit, I was disappointed. Once boarded (it was a late flight and it was a 6.5hr flight) the meal service came around and out of the 3 Hawaiian options only 1 was available. It was very bad. The seats may be OK for a flight of 2hr duration, however the recline was so minimal, it was pointless. I would not travel AS again on a long sector. Short trips to LAX from SEA and flights of similar duration would be fine, but long sectors, no way, not until they do something about the comfort for their passengers.
