Worse airline I have ever booked with. Book a return trip from Singapore to Penang. Receive an email stating flight cancelled without reason but it does not come with alternative solutions. Instead states only "for more information, please call up their hotline" which is an international number. Additional overseas call charges were incurred due to this cancellation. Waited 30mins before someone pick up the phone. Offered me an alternative of flying to kul airport and transfer to subang and transfer to Penang. What a joke is this? The next alternative is to only offer a full refund, but not compensation of the difference for the flight I have to book on a different airline. The worse airline I ever encounter. Please refrain from booking this airline. EDITORS COMMENT: Sounds like a pretty standard refund/ re route option for a low cost airline They are all the same and when a flight gets cancelled the options for passengers will likely never cover all the extra costs.
