Philippine Airlines review by Liza 2015-10-26

PAL, carrier of Philippine flag? What a joke. Will never fly with PAL ever again. I used to be an elite member but I'd rather fly with other carrier than PAL. The plane is so old, seats are too small and so squashy, no entertainment, food so bad specially breakfast- even our dogs will refuse to it. I feel sorry to average Australian passenger with size double than Filipinos so squashed in their little seat. Cant even stretch their legs far enough without kicking the passengers in the front seats. I had a very bad cramp on my back and legs as I can't move so I asked if I can transfer at the front.. But, I was told I have to pay extra $50. transfer seat. To think that I had paid $1,500 already economy class. The other airline line is half cheaper and they have better food, service, good entertainment and bigger seats . All of my friends and other passengers have same very bad experience and vowed not to fly with PAL ever again. Shame on you, PAL! You don't deserve to carry the Philippine flag. EDITORS COMMENT: You might have been on one of their really tight A330 aircraft which are squishy!
