Volaris review by Carolyn 2015-11-23

This was my second time flying. Needless to say I will never use this company again. The plane nose dived down for no apparent reason and then up again with the pilot pulling it sharp and hard. Then we went down again. People was scared and screaming. Children was crying. This was the worst time of my life and I was so scared as we finally landed some time later. I would never recommend this company to anyone in fact I told my family and friends to never use. As for price my husband paid but they will charge you for anything to eat or drink. And the lady attendants was like they would rather been somewhere else than to help the clients. They do come through and ask but will bypass you if you take a second to answer them. If you don't understand Spanish you will be loss on this flight.
