I found the customer service both on and off the aircraft to be better than competing budget airlines. But the inflight entertainment is poor. I know it's a little thing but if you're a nervous flier like me you rely on the entertainment to distract you. 4 episodes of nineties hit show Friends and four movies no one would ever choose to watch doesn't really cut it these days. I know it's a budget carrier but i paid the extra money and I was expecting something far better. EDITORS COMMENT: Great feedback!
