25 days ago I tried to change seats. The website charged 120 dollars for the change, and only when the confirmation email came did it mention the seat change was for the return flight. When we boarded for the return flight, our tickets showed the corrected seats. But at the gate the seats had been changed back to the original seats. I told the personnel (who had just printed new passes without telling me), and they said they can't change it anymore because the plane is full. I asked what I paid money for and was told I have to contact Condor about it. Not happy, I'll never fly with Condor again.
