Virgin Shuttle bus service from Domestic terminal to International terminal in Sydney is very poor. We waited 35 minutes at Sydney Domestic terminal for Virgin Shuttle bus to take us to the International terminal. Due to the heavy traffics the Shuttle bus arrived at the International terminal 45 Minutes later. That was 10 minutes after the International connecting flight check in counter closed and we were not allowed to proceed . We miss the connecting flight and had to stay one night at Rydges Hotel. That causes us to miss our first day tour in Calgary and Banff. On the return flight to Brisbane we waited 55 Minutes for Virgin Shuttle bus at the International terminal to take us to the Domestic terminal on the 5 June 2017. Although we manage just in time to catch the connecting flight to Brisbane a lot of passengers miss their connecting flight . Such poor services with regard to running the Shuttle bus to transfer passengers from the domestics to the International terminal and vice versa should not be tolerated as it causes passengers a lot of stress and grieve and expenses for missing flight . Passengers should be compensated for expenses incurred for missing their flight .
