First Class

Not the best airline i have flown on but the service was still great. We were flying from JFK to Lisbon airport in Portugal. The flight was delayed. Luckily it was only a 30 minute delay. Even the delay was so short the ground crew entertained us and even fed us a meal before we even boarded. We were flying on board an airbus a330 that was only 2 years old. Even though this is a full service airline the plane did not pull up to the jetbridge and we boarded via ladder i was actually a little annoyed at TAP for this but once i got on the plane i changed my mind completely. Their were huge televisions with plenty of options of movies, video games, music, and other featured entertainment. The seats folded into a flat bed even though the flight was only 6 hours. The flight attendants were mostly caring and tried to do their best. I kind of had a problem though with the lack of legroom but everything else was perfect. Free alchohol was offered and they served a full salad, rice, and other goodies. When we finally landed the pilot did not pull up to the jetbridge once more which once more annoyed me but i really just cared about my service. Overall TAP was great.
