The customer service at check in and then throughout the flight from Honolulu to Sydney was very good. Also from Sydney to Perth we experienced the same good service. We pre paid for the in flight entertainment and meals too which were good. EDITORS COMMENT: It's certainly worth pre-paying for meals and entertainment on low cost carriers even more so when you are traveling long haul.
