Air Mauritius review by Nadia 2015-12-01

I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed by the treatment on board this flight. I requested a drink, and the air hostess (Shakeel?) mentioned that "it is not the same as drinking on the ground", I am unsure what she meant by this, but it came across as if i was being judged for having a drink. She continued to mention this to me when i requested more drinks. I was walking around the plane mid-way through out flight, due to keeping active on the flight (holding a drink), at that point in time none of the air hostess politely instructed that i could not do this due to the fact i had a drink in my hand. Instead I had one of the apparent manager on the flight (Priya?), abruptly mentioned I had to sit down, and when i declined due to minding my own business at the back of the plane and finishing my drink, she shouted to sit down, grabbed my arm, and mentioned the police in Mauritius would be called. I was not behaving in an inappropriate manner, and would have immediately sat down had i have known i was not allowed to be standing up at the back of the plane holding a drink. I think it is absolutly disgusting that she became aggressive, and grabbed my arm. This is physical harassment.
