South African Airways is the Worst airline that i have ever experienced. This is my first time & most likely last time traveling with SAA. Their customer service is extremely poor.They probably don't know what is customer service is all about. Their staff is lazy, doesn't have passion & empathy for passengers who have 12 hours stopover and they donot offer hotel accommodation or meals vouchers. They donot honor their Star Alliance Members's lounge membership. Meals on flights are horrible. Planes are old & broken. Their flight fare was expensive & donot offer basic service. If you have option, please don't ever travel with SAA.
