Economy Class

We traveled by KLM from Amsterdam to San Fransico the beginning of July and even if we had enough time at Amsterdam one of our baggage was misplaced and we received it after 2 days. Moreover, there was a delay of one hour on our way. Coming back, there was a delay of almost 2 hours and our transit was reduced to half an hour at Amsterdam due to the delay, none of our baggage was transferred during the transit. We reached Sri Lanka yesterday early morning with no baggage and we haven't received any positive response from KLM still, at least saying they have located our baggages!! We are thoroughly disappointed and we'll never fly KLM or recommend any friend or family member to fly KLM.
