Air India review by Venugopal 2017-03-30

It was a new face of Air India. The staff were very happy and welcoming. One Crew member shifted meto a comfortable seat without me asking for it. The food was very nice. There were couple of parcel food as balance and the crew came to me and asked me whether you need extra. I said YES because it was delicious. One of the Latrin had a faulty door, but it was closed and a sticker asking the passenger not to use it was displayed prominently. The Crew nearby was once in a while helping the passengers to go to the other latrines. There was nice smell in the Aircraft. There was pleasant perfume in the Latrin as well. The latrin was cleaned two times during the journey. The Cabin Crews helped the passengers place their luggage properly inside the cabins above. There were guys who do not understand English or Hindi, but they were helped politely. AIR INDIA. We Love you India.
