I bought a ticket for my parents to come to Calgary and also asked for the wheelchair service as my mom(64) can't walk independently and taking into account the short time they were given to get on their connection flight in Toronto. The lady that was supposed to take my mom to the connection gate suddenly left my parents by themselves when getting on an elevator and didn't show up again even though she knew the way my parents were supposedly taking. As a result, my dad had to deal with pushing the wheelchair and their baggage at the same time while going through the connection process. very disappointing as I had strong reasons to ask for this service. they finally made their way to the connection way but carrying a big stress. I buy between 2 and 5 of 800-dollar flight every year. as of today 5/3/2017, I have bought 6 flights and still looking at 4 more.
