Ethiopian Airways review by Gebre 2015-01-14

I am frequent flyer with Ethiopian and the last time a flew was in September 2014 Dubai-Adiss round trip. I have enjoyed Ethiopian for the last three years. They are really nice. However, Terminal service , specially only one get for all passengers is really annoying. I always see all the gates closed but only one get with very long Que. The same with the luggage belt. At times I have waited for more than two hours for my luggage to arrive in the belt. They are stars in the sky but not really on the ground.
